I have a great family that is searching for a great home in Elk Grove's 95624 Zip code.
My clients are remarkably well-qualified to buy even more
house than the one they are seeking. They want a SINGLE-STORY, three- or
four-bedroom house with a good-sized yard and a pool or room to build one.
Probably at least 2,200 square feet. Three-car garage too.
They have owned a nice home in Elk Grove for many years. It
is a two-story house, however, and they want to downsize by one story. I have
known them for several years, and have known one of their daughters even longer
as she is great pals with my son. They are quiet but convivial folks and have a
cat but no dogs. I promise they will make any neighborhood better simply by
moving in.
If you, or any of your friends/neighbors/family/co-workers
have such a home and have given any thought to selling, I truly would
appreciate a call. I would be more than happy to answer any questions you might
have about the market here in Elk Grove or anywhere else. I also would be glad
