Bob Walter on Real Estate -- Live from Elk Grove, CA: 2012

Yet again, and not for the first time in (many) decades, we did not send out Christmas cards this year. Not to friends, family, colleagues, cllients, prospects or anybody. So this will have to do. It was an eventful year in the Walter household. Jess graduated (eighth in her class, said the overly proud dad) from Elk Grove High School and set off for San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly, where she thoroughly enjoyed her first quarter and did well academically and socially. Matt made it through his freshman year at EGHS and halfway through his sophomore year. He had great spring and summer baseball seasons and added football to his resume this fall. Probably for the last time -- it is not baseball, after all -- but he had fun with it and played well. Cyndi continues to enjoy her job despite some major pesonnel changes which have provided her greater leadership opportunities and much more responsibiliy. Cyndi went on her first missions trip to India and saw God working in amazing ways there and back at home. She continues to thank her many prayer and financial supporters for that experience. Bob, meanwhile, played way too little golf and continued to build his real estate business, which promises to be epic in 2013. We hope to connect with each and every one of you during the New Year and that this poor excuse for a Christmas letter finds you healthy, wealthy and wise. Or at least well and contented and blessed.
